Significant Proposed Rules:
There were no significant proposed rules printed today.

Significant Final Rules:

• Farm Credit Administration: amending regulations relating to lending and leasing limits and loan and lease concentration risk mitigation.
• Forest Service: providing management direction for conserving and managing approximately 4.2 million acres of Colorado Roadless Areas (CRAs) on National Forest System (NFS) lands.

Presidential Documents:

• Presidential Determination No. 2012-10: determining that it is in the national interest of the United States for the Export Import Bank of the United States to extend a loan in the amount of approximately $125,870,890 to the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group.

Supreme Court
The Court has now completed its work for the October 2011 term. The Court will hold the first oral arguments of the October 2012 term on Monday, October 1.
